About The Position

Secure the Healing Environment: Conduct proactive patrols and monitor campus activity to identify and de-escalate potential risks before they impact patient care. Lead Emergency Response: Execute rapid-response protocols for security incidents and alarms, serving as a grounded leader for staff and visitors during critical situations. Champion Safety Education: Mentor and train hospital staff on emergency preparedness and "Environment of Care" standards to ensure the entire team is ready for any scenario. Investigate and Solve: Document security narratives with precision, providing the insights needed to resolve hazards and continuously improve the safety of our facilities.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in a security or Behavioral Health role, preferably within a healthcare or high-traffic service environment.

Nice To Haves

BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Drivers License preferred.
Law Enforcement preferred.
Management of Aggressive Behavior credentialed from the Management of Aggressive Behavior Training International, Inc preferred.
Security Professional preferred.
Security Guard preferred.
