About The Position

CLFC Healthcare and Communications is hiring a Registered Nurse for an on-site role at Wayne County’s outpatient mental and behavioral health clinic in Lyons, New York. The nurse works alongside psychiatric prescribers, therapists, and care managers, supporting patients through medication administration and management, health monitoring, education, and coordinated care. The assignment is a steady Monday-through-Friday clinic position, scheduled for five 7.5-hour days (37.5 hours per week). Some days may extend past 5:00 PM when the clinic is open late, no more than twice a week. There are no overnight, weekend, or holiday shifts. Compensation is $52.00–$58.00 per hour, based on experience and skills, with weekly pay. Pre-authorized overtime is paid at time and a half. Orientation is paid at the nurse’s rate. A clinic cancellation confirmed two hours or less before a shift begins is paid for four hours. The role is a W-2 hourly, per diem contract assignment. CLFC arranges and pays for fingerprinting, immunizations, screening, and license verification. Paid sick leave accrues under New York law, and CLFC provides professional liability insurance for each shift. CLFC also reimburses New York license and CPR renewals, supports continuing education and certifications, and offers up to $1,500 per year in tuition assistance toward a BSN. A $500 referral bonus is available for referring a nurse or aide who joins the roster. Program terms are provided in writing before acceptance. Scheduling is managed through the BRIDGE App, which also stores license and certification information and sends expiration reminders. A Program Manager is available to help with scheduling and pay questions. CLFC staffs government healthcare clients nationwide and considers rostered nurses for future assignments.
