About The Position

CLFC Healthcare and Communications is hiring a Registered Nurse for a steady, on-site assignment at Wayne County’s outpatient mental and behavioral health clinic in Lyons, New York. The W-2 hourly per diem contract pays $52.00–$58.00 per hour, with the rate based on experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, five 7.5-hour days (37.5 hours per week). Some shifts may extend past 5:00 PM when the clinic is open late, no more than twice per week. There are no overnights, weekends, or holidays. Pre-authorized overtime is paid at time and a half. Orientation is paid at the employee’s rate, and pay is issued weekly. The nurse works alongside psychiatric prescribers, therapists, and care managers to provide outpatient psychiatric nursing care, including long-acting injectable medications, medication management, monitoring, patient education, and clinical coordination. The role offers up to $1,500 per year in tuition assistance toward a BSN, reimbursement for New York license and CPR renewals, support for continuing education and certifications, and a $500 referral bonus for referring a nurse or aide. CLFC arranges and pays for fingerprinting, immunizations, screening, and license verification. Paid sick leave accrues under New York law, and CLFC provides professional liability insurance for every shift. Scheduling and shift changes are managed through the BRIDGE App, and a Program Manager is available to assist with scheduling and pay questions.
