About The Position

CLFC Healthcare and Communications is hiring a New York State Registered Professional Nurse for a steady, on-site assignment at Wayne County’s outpatient mental and behavioral health clinic in Lyons, New York. The nurse works alongside psychiatric prescribers, therapists, and care managers, providing medication management, patient education, monitoring, and clinical coordination. The role is a W-2 hourly, per diem contract assignment at one clinic, scheduled Monday through Friday for five 7.5-hour days (37.5 hours per week). Some shifts may extend past 5:00 p.m. when the clinic is open late, no more than twice a week. There are no overnights, weekends, or holidays. Compensation is $52.00 to $58.00 per hour, with rate determined by experience. Pre-authorized overtime is paid at time and a half. Pay is weekly, and orientation is paid at the employee’s rate. A confirmed clinic cancellation made two hours or less before a shift starts is paid for four hours. The role offers reimbursement for New York license and CPR renewals, support for continuing education and certifications, and up to $1,500 per year in tuition assistance toward a BSN. A $500 referral bonus is offered for bringing a nurse or aide onto the roster. Paid sick leave accrues under New York law, and professional liability insurance covers each shift. CLFC arranges and pays for fingerprinting, immunizations, screening, and license verification. Scheduling is managed through the BRIDGE App, with a Program Manager available for scheduling and pay questions.
