About The Position

CLFC Healthcare and Communications is hiring a New York Registered Nurse for a steady weekday assignment at Wayne County's outpatient mental and behavioral health clinic in Lyons, New York. The RN works on-site alongside psychiatric prescribers, therapists, and care managers, providing medication management, long-acting injectable administration, health and side-effect monitoring, patient education, and clinical documentation. The assignment is Monday through Friday, five 7.5-hour days (37.5 hours per week). Some days may extend past 5:00 PM, no more than twice a week, when the clinic is open late. There are no overnight, weekend, or holiday shifts. This is a W-2 hourly, per diem contract role paying $52.00–$58.00 per hour, paid weekly. Pre-authorized overtime is paid at time and a half. Paid orientation is provided. CLFC arranges and pays for fingerprinting, immunizations, screening, and license verification. Paid sick leave accrues under New York law, and CLFC provides professional liability insurance for every shift. A confirmed clinic cancellation made two hours or less before the shift starts is paid for four hours. Additional support includes reimbursement for New York license renewal and CPR renewal, support for continuing education and certifications, and up to $1,500 per year in tuition assistance toward a BSN. A $500 referral bonus is offered for bringing a nurse or aide onto the roster. Program terms are provided in writing before acceptance. Scheduling and shift changes are managed through the BRIDGE App, with added or changed hours sent for acceptance. A Program Manager is available to address scheduling and pay questions. CLFC staffs government healthcare clients nationwide and considers rostered nurses first for new assignments.
