About The Position

CLFC Healthcare and Communications is hiring a per diem Registered Nurse for the Wayne County Department of Mental and Behavioral Health's outpatient clinic in Lyons, New York. The clinic serves adults and youth, and the nurse works alongside psychiatric prescribers, therapists, and care managers. The position is on-site and focuses on medication management, long-acting injectables, metabolic monitoring, patient education, and coordination of care. This is a W-2 hourly per diem role with weekday daytime hours, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Nurses choose the days they are available and select open shifts through the BRIDGE App. Compensation is $52.00 to $58.00 per hour, based on experience. Pre-authorized overtime is paid at time and a half. If the clinic cancels a confirmed shift two hours or less before it starts, four hours are paid. Pay is weekly, and orientation is paid at the nurse's rate. CLFC reimburses New York RN license renewal and CPR renewal, supports continuing education and certifications, and offers up to $1,500 per year in tuition assistance toward a BSN. A $500 referral bonus is available for referring a nurse or aide to the roster. CLFC arranges and pays for fingerprinting, immunizations, screening, and license verification. Paid sick leave accrues under New York law, and CLFC professional liability insurance covers each shift. A Program Manager is available to assist with scheduling and pay questions.
