Requirements

  • A Doctorate degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Public Health, Public Administration, or a related behavioral or social science field; AND appropriate licensure by the State of California as a mental health professional.
  • A Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Public Health, Business, Public Administration, or a related behavioral or social science field; AND two (2) years paid experience as a supervisor of a health or behavioral health program.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Public Health, Public Administration, or a related behavioral or social science field; AND four (4) years paid experience working as a supervisor of a health or behavior health program.
  • Some assignments may require clinical licensure.
