Job Summary This position is responsible for oversight of clinical reviews for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This position serves as a subject matter expert and consultant within the Behavioral Health clinical team on autism spectrum disorder cases and ABA services. Conduct and document peer-to-peer reviews with external ABA providers and consult on ABA cases being reviewed by appeals staff. Develop and/or oversee team training and present data and reporting to Behavioral Health leadership.

Requirements

Licensed as a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst- Doctoral (BCBA-D)
Valid, current license in good standing in state of operations
3 years BCBA-D clinical experience in conducting/supervising ABA treatment
Verbal and communication skills
Analytical and decision making skills
PC and database experience

Nice To Haves

Utilization Review experience
Managed care experience
Clinical experience in a psychiatric setting or behavioral health private practice and/or behavioral health care management
