About The Position

Rancho Family Medical Group is launching a new Behavioral Health Program to expand access to mental health services and strengthen their whole-person approach to care. They are seeking licensed mental health providers (LMFTs, LPCCs, & LCSWs) who are passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate mental health care and making a meaningful impact in patients' lives. This role involves providing individual therapy via telehealth, with potential for a hybrid model including in-person services. Collaboration with the behavioral health team and primary care providers is essential for integrated, holistic care. Accurate clinical documentation and participation in team meetings are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or equivalent— eligible to practice independently without supervision and free of disciplinary history.
  • Master’s degree in a clinical field (e.g., MFT, MSW, MC, MMHC)
  • Experience delivering evidence-based therapies such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT, with a strong commitment to clinical best practices including measurement-based care and skills development.
  • Skilled in risk assessment and crisis intervention, with the ability to respond effectively to urgent clinical situations.
  • Capable and Comfortable providing therapy through virtual platforms and keeping thorough records in electronic systems
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy for children, adults, and/or couples through a secure telehealth platform, with the potential to transition to a hybrid model that includes in-person services.
  • Collaborate closely with the behavioral health team and primary care providers to ensure holistic, integrated care. This includes participating in shared care planning, coordinating treatment goals, exchanging relevant clinical insights, and supporting whole person care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.
  • Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements to ensure continuity of care and effective interdisciplinary communication.
  • Actively participate in weekly team meetings to strengthen team connection, engage in collaborative case consultations, and stay informed on organizational updates, fostering a cohesive and well-aligned care environment.
