Requirements

Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy; PhD or PsyD in the mental health field.
Licensed in the State of Colorado is required. (Will consider another state license if it can qualify for a Colorado state license.)
Experience in the medical field will be a priority in the hiring process.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of two years' experience preferred. Applicants will be considered if they are soon to be licensed.
Fluency in Spanish is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

Performs Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) related job-duties.
Skillful in clinical assessment/problem identification, crisis intervention, brief individual and family therapy, and case management.
Documents interactions on medical charting software.
Consults with medical and dental staff, billing staff, and care coordination staff.
Works with a diverse client population in a variety of treatment approaches and settings.
