Adult Detention Center – Jail Based Team This position is 100% onsite. The Behavioral Health Nurse supports psychiatric providers with medication management, administer psychiatric injections, conduct risk evaluations, treatment planning, linking to community resources and clinical assessment. Case management duties include collaboration with community partners such as human services providers, criminal justice system partners, and healthcare providers. Provides services driven by client choice through collaborative, motivational, relationships in individualized treatment planning. Must maintain detailed documentation in an electronic health record meeting state, local and federal performance contract, and licensing expectations. Must have strong organizational and time management skills; and strong clinical skills and abilities. Work hours may include weekend and evening hours, as well as some holidays. A commitment is made to offer scheduling flexibility, as program needs allow. This position is 100% onsite.
