The Behavioral Health Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, families, and visitors entering the Tiinawit Behavioral Health Clinic. This role ensures that every individual feels respected, cared for, and supported. The position provides courteous and professional customer service while performing administrative and clerical duties to support daily operations. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, providing efficient service and guidance, answering and routing calls, relaying messages, and answering routine questions in a professional manner. The role helps ensure a welcoming, confidential, and organized environment that reflects the department's values of compassion, respect, and cultural understanding. Administrative and secretarial support is provided to management and other staff as needed, with duties assigned by the supervisor. This is an intermediate-level position requiring excellent customer service skills and an understanding of HIPAA-compliant office settings. The Receptionist enables department providers to function as a collaborative care team centered on patient needs.
