The position is structured as approximately 40% administrative, supervisory, and operational duties and approximately 60% direct client care. This allocation may be adjusted based on staffing levels, client volume, crisis needs, accreditation preparation, program development, or other department priorities as determined by the Behavioral Health Executive Director.
