About The Position
Under the supervision of the Behavioral Health Director, House Supervisor, and/or Nurse Manager, the LPN shall act as an active member of the interdisciplinary team conducting at least, but not necessarily limited to; assessment and screening, development of nursing impressions and recommendations, treatment planning and treatment plan reviews, participation in team conferences, case management, discharge planning and placement, intake and referral and other clinical duties.
Requirements
- Current and active LPN/LVN license through the state of Louisiana or compact state
- Completion of an accredited program for LPN
- CPR and CPI certifications
