Rural Staffing Services (RSS) partners with various healthcare organizations across Montana, including rural hospitals, clinics, public hospital districts, community health centers, tribal healthcare organizations, and behavioral health organizations. RSS is seeking experienced leaders who understand the unique challenges and opportunities of serving rural and frontier communities in Montana. These leadership roles may be within Critical Access Hospitals, Rural Health Clinics, Federally Qualified Health Centers, community hospitals, integrated care programs, outpatient behavioral health clinics, substance use treatment programs, crisis services, tribal healthcare programs, and community-based organizations. Behavioral health access is often limited in rural areas, making strong leadership crucial for building accessible, sustainable, compassionate, and responsive programs. Leaders in these roles will address mental health, substance use, crisis response, and social services, often integrating behavioral health with primary care and considering broader community well-being factors like housing and transportation. This requires creativity, collaboration, cultural awareness, and adaptability. The work offers the chance to build meaningful programs, form lasting partnerships, and ensure compassionate care is available closer to home.
