This position leads the strategic development and operational implementation of Behavioral Health integration across CareOregon to improve whole-person outcomes and advance high-value care in alignment with Quintuple Aim outcomes. In partnership with line of business and functional leaders, the role designs, develops, and spreads learning networks, outcomes-based care initiatives, quality improvement activities, and system transformation programs across CareOregon’s provider network. Additionally, the position advances Behavioral Health services by developing and deploying technical assistance resources to key partners and leveraging data insights to guide implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of programs and procedures. NOTE: This position is remote, work from home, but you must reside in Oregon or SW Washington. The schedule is M-F or 4 tens.
