About The Position

This part-time position works in close collaboration with the Patrick County Behavioral Health Docket team. The Therapist is responsible for supporting participants of the Behavioral Health Docket by assisting individuals and their families (with consent) in accessing appropriate treatment for mental health and co-occurring diagnoses. The Therapist will work directly with participants to develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans focused on their behavioral health needs. This role requires maintaining effective working relationships with partnering professionals, exercising sound judgment, demonstrating initiative, and upholding strict confidentiality standards. Frequent court appearances are required. Additional responsibilities include monitoring ongoing service delivery to ensure continuity and quality of care. Salary is commensurate with education and experience as it relates to the position. Requirements

  • Must be eligible to register for supervision toward licensure.
  • A valid driver's license and a safe driving record are required.
  • Willing to consent to background checks, including checks for barrier crimes, and drug screening as part of the application process.

Nice To Haves

  • Licensure as an LCSW, LCP, LMFT, or LPC is preferred.
