The Fulton County Behavioral Health Network (FCBHN) Director provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for behavioral health services delivered throughout Fulton County. The Director is responsible for ensuring high-quality, accessible, and compliant behavioral health services while supporting staff, managing Fulton County and other stakeholder relationships, overseeing program operations, and advancing revenue and funding opportunities. This position works collaboratively with clinical, operational, and administrative leadership to ensure effective service delivery, regulatory compliance, continuous quality improvement, and positive outcomes for clients, schools, community partners, and funders. The Director serves as a key liaison with Fulton County and other stakeholders while promoting the mission, vision, and values of CHRIS 180. This position is responsible for the successful implementation of two counseling centers (one in Adamsville and one in Alpharetta) and two community-based programs (Fulton County Clubhouse and Youth Resiliency Program, aimed at supporting at-risk teens in Fulton County).
