About The Position

Lead integrated behavioral health, psychiatry, and SUD programs org-wide — and help open a brand-new $58M clinic. This is a leadership role within a 50-year-old non-profit community health center serving approximately 25,000 patients across the Sierra foothills. The organization is undergoing a major growth phase, including the opening of a third clinic in 2027. This role offers an org-wide scope, a seat on the Leadership Team to shape strategy, and the opportunity to maintain a clinical presence while directing the program. The position offers a Monday-Friday outpatient schedule and full benefits.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate in psychology or social work
• Current CA licensure as Psychologist or LCSW
• 5+ years as a BH clinician
• At least half of the BH clinician experience must be in leadership

Nice To Haves

• FQHC/community-health experience strongly preferred
