About The Position

Main Line Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Crisis Clinician to provide exemplary cross continuum behavioral health care coordination. This role involves psychiatric assessments, referrals, interventions, psychosocial resources, and discharge planning for behavioral health patients across Main Line Health's four acute care hospitals and emergency departments. The clinician will collaborate with physicians, hospital staff, community colleagues, and others to orchestrate care across the behavioral health continuum, identify opportunities for patient care improvement, enhance population health, and foster collaborative practices that align with Main Line Health System's commitment to patient-centered care and community engagement.

Requirements

Master's degree in a mental health-related field, such as psychology, counseling or social work, from an accredited program.
At least 2 years of recent clinical behavioral health experience in a crisis intervention setting, physician's office, clinic, hospital, emergency services, or other equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

LCSW, LPC, LCP preferred but not required.
