Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of IT processes and troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination, development and implementation of the provider credentialing program and electronic health record support (EHR)
• Work with other employees to ensure that necessary credentials are received and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Manage and maintain accurate provider rosters for MCO Universal rosters, MITS and other pay platforms
• Manage EHR support tickets from end users and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner
• Monitor and communicate EHR updates, enhancement and changes for end users
