About The Position
Centurion is seeking a full-time Master's Level Behavioral Health Counselor to work at Riverbend Maximum Security Institution in Nashville, Tennessee. Centurion provides comprehensive healthcare services to the Tennessee Department of Correction. The counselor collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to meet patients’ behavioral health needs in a correctional setting, managing case files, supervising intake and discharge, and overseeing treatment plans and patient progress. The position is day shift, Monday through Friday. Pay ranges from $51,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on years of experience.
Requirements
- Master's-level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from a CACREP-accredited educational institution.
- Two years of experience.
- Active CPR and Basic Life Support certification.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
