About The Position
This role is for a Behavioral Health Counselor in the Geriatric Psychiatry Unit at Ascension Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital in Hoffman Estates, IL. The position is full-time, working a night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. The salary range is $27.69 - $40.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Social Science, or Psychology required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals.
- Administer individual and group therapy.
- Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
- Provide the patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community.
