Recovia, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Counselor for our East Grant Clinic. Recovia, LLC is privately owned and has a team at each clinic providing whole-person care for behavioral health, complex pain, and substance use disorders. We combine medical, behavioral health, and physical therapy services to support sustainable recovery and a better quality of life. It's a true Biopsychosocial Treatment Model!
Requirements
- Must be licensed LAC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to in-clinic patients dealing with mental health issues.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care for each patient.
- Facilitate psychoeducation sessions to empower patients with knowledge about their mental health.
