About The Position
Recovia, LLC is seeking a BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COUNSELOR / LMSW LAC for our NW Hospital-LaCholla Clinic for in-clinic and virtual patients. Recovia, LLC is a privately owned company with an innovative outpatient program dedicated to treating chronic pain, mental health issues, and substance use disorders in Arizona.
Requirements
- Must be licensed a LAC or LMSW
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to in-clinic and virtual patients dealing with mental health issues.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care for each patient.
- Facilitate psychoeducation sessions to empower patients with knowledge about their mental health.
