This is a temporary full-time and part-time position. Behavioral Health Coordinators are the first point of contact for guests, clients, and tenants entering Shelter House buildings. They provide crisis intervention and de-escalation, connect individuals with necessary resources and case managers, and collaborate with care teams. The role requires individuals who are committed to Shelter House's mission, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are organized, communicative, detailed, adept at consensus building and conflict resolution, flexible, patient, aware, possess good judgment, humble, cooperative, and growth-minded.
