The Behavioral Health Clinician is a key member of the therapeutic team at Cedar Knolls House, a group residence serving girls aged 16-21 with emotional and behavioral challenges stemming from trauma. The program provides supervised living, therapeutic, and recreational services aimed at strengthening community support and independent living skills, with a goal of transitioning youth back to the community within a year. The clinician is responsible for delivering culturally sensitive clinical interventions and collaborating with medical, milieu, psychiatric, and psychology staff to ensure appropriate evaluations and treatment for the youth.
