About The Position

Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Clinician to serve adults and older adults at a partner adult day care center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, with additional telehealth opportunities based on client needs and provider availability. The role provides behavioral health services in a supportive, community-based environment. Both experienced clinicians and early-career professionals who require supervision and are eligible to practice under applicable New Jersey licensure requirements are welcome.

This is a part-time independent contractor (1099) position with a flexible schedule. Onsite services are typically needed one to three days per week, with typical onsite hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Applicants must be able to consistently provide onsite services in Cherry Hill. Compensation is competitive and based on licensure and credentials, relevant experience, scope of practice, and clinical responsibilities; payment is provided for completed sessions. Clinical responsibilities will be assigned according to provider qualifications, licensure status, scope of practice, and applicable supervision requirements.

The position offers an established referral network, clinical supervision for eligible providers, company-provided malpractice coverage, administrative support for scheduling and patient coordination, and collaboration with behavioral health and psychiatric professionals. The work model combines onsite and telehealth services.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• New Jersey credentials such as MSW, LSW, LAC, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility for licensure and supervision.
• Ability to consistently provide onsite services in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
• Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Professional Spanish-language communication skills preferred.
• Experience working with adults, older adults, or community-based populations preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services at a partner adult day care center and through telehealth, as appropriate.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and/or group counseling within the provider’s scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Use evidence-based and person-centered treatment approaches.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to support positive client outcomes.
• Assist clients in achieving treatment goals and improving overall well-being.
