Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Counseling required
2+ years' experience working as a clinician with DMH paperwork

Responsibilities

Serve as the agency’s subject matter expert on Department of Mental Health (DMH) and behavioral health compliance; maintain records and deliver staff training on updated policies and procedures.
Conduct monthly clinical case record reviews, complete reports, and collaborate with internal teams to prepare for audits, certifications, and inspections.
Identify training needs and develop, implement, and facilitate compliance and clinical quality trainings in partnership with the Learning & Development Specialist.
Promote a culture of service excellence by supporting accreditation efforts, maintaining program standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Manage behavioral health data systems, analyze trends, develop outcome dashboards, and prepare performance reports to guide continuous quality improvement.
