This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, except for required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development. The successful candidate will be licensed in NYS and may be asked to visit with our members in person as determined by business needs. The Behavioral Health Case Manager II – New York is responsible for performing case management telephonically and/or by home visits within the scope of licensure for members with behavioral health and substance abuse or substance abuse disorder needs. Subject matter expert in targeted clinical areas of expertise such as Eating Disorders (ED), Maternity, Alcohol/Drug, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), etc.
