EverCare Mobile Health is a community-based behavioral health agency focused on improving mental health, independence, and quality of life for individuals living in residential and long-term care environments. We partner with independent living communities, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, memory care communities, group homes, Homes for Adult Rehabilitation Treatment (HART), and other residential care settings. By bringing behavioral health services directly to clients where they live, we help strengthen communication among residents, families, facility staff, and behavioral health providers. Established Community-Based Caseload: Serve clients primarily within residential care settings, helping reduce missed appointments and unnecessary travel. Strong Billable Opportunity: Our service model is designed to support consistent client contact and productive schedules. Paid Non-Billable Work: Eligible administrative, documentation, supervision, meeting, and other compensable work time is paid according to the applicable pay structure. Travel Support: Receive company-provided travel/gas support for eligible work-related travel. Client Activity Support: Funding is available for approved activities that support appropriate treatment or skill-building goals. Clinical Support: Work independently in the community while receiving structured supervision and support from the EverCare clinical team. Professional Development: This role can provide valuable behavioral health experience for individuals pursuing graduate education, clinical licensure, or other careers in mental health.
