About The Position

Network180 is the behavioral health community organization responsible for the delivery of mental health, substance abuse treatment coordination, and developmental disabilities services for Kent County. They are seeking a Behavioral Health Billing Supervisor responsible for billing Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial Insurance for behavioral health services. This role involves developing procedures and providing supervision, direction, and oversight for the billing, coding, and provider paneling functions.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in Health Information Technology or related field.
Certification as a biller or coder from an accredited organization.
At least 3-5 years of medical billing and/or coding experience.
Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial Insurance.
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management.
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the job.

Nice To Haves

Experience managing a business function.
Supervisory experience.
Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued.
