About The Position
The Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) provides hands-on patient care and compassionate support in a structured, team-focused behavioral health environment. The role helps keep patients safe and supports their recovery while maintaining a therapeutic setting. The position is available full-time or part-time, on day or night shifts. Shifts are 12 hours: 7 a.m.–7 p.m. or 7 p.m.–7 a.m., with work required every third weekend. Base pay is $16–$17 per hour, plus multiple shift differentials.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR certification required.
- De-escalation and restraint certification required; training is provided upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of experience working with a similar patient population is preferred.
- First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
