About The Position

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to provide hands-on care and compassionate support in a structured, team-focused environment. The role is vital to patient safety and recovery, with direct patient care provided under clinical or nursing leadership. The schedule is 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. The position offers consistent hours, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive setting alongside experienced clinical and nursing leaders. Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification required.
• De-escalation and restraint certification required; training is provided upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population is preferred.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
