About The Position

The Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) provides hands-on patient care and compassionate support in a structured, team-focused behavioral health environment. The role helps keep patients safe and supports their recovery while maintaining a therapeutic setting. The position works from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. and provides direct care under clinical or nursing leadership. Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification required; training provided upon hire.
• De-escalation and restraint certification required; training provided upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population is preferred.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsibilities
