About The Position
We are seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to provide hands-on care and compassionate support to patients in a structured, team-focused environment. The role helps keep patients safe while supporting their recovery and contributes to an empathetic, accountable therapeutic setting. The position provides direct patient care under clinical or nursing leadership and requires a positive, professional approach to patients and team members. Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR certification required; training is provided upon hire.
- De-escalation and restraint certification required; training is provided upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
- First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
Responsibilities
