Behavioral Health Associate 1
About The Position
We are seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to support patients on their journey from addiction to recovery. In this role, you help keep patients safe while providing hands-on care and compassionate support in a structured, team-focused environment. The position offers meaningful work, consistent hours, and opportunities to grow. Night-shift differentials are $3 per hour Monday through Thursday and $4 per hour Friday through Sunday. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR certification required.
- De-escalation and restraint certification required; training is provided upon hire.
- First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of experience working with a similar patient population is preferred.
