Behavioral Health Associate 1

About The Position
We are seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to provide hands-on care and compassionate support to patients in a structured, team-focused environment. The role helps keep patients safe while supporting their recovery from addiction. The position offers predictable schedules and opportunities to develop skills and grow within a behavioral health network. Night-shift differentials are $3 per hour Monday through Thursday and $4 per hour Friday through Sunday.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR certification required; training is provided upon hire.
- De-escalation and restraint certification required; training is provided upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of experience working with a similar patient population is preferred.
- First aid may be required depending on state or facility requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
- Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with patients and team members.
- Address patient concerns promptly and respectfully to support satisfaction and safety.
- Recognize and respond to patient needs, prioritizing safety.
