About The Position

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to provide hands-on patient care and compassionate support in a structured, team-focused behavioral health environment. The role helps keep patients safe while supporting their recovery. The schedule is 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m., including every other weekend. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. The role works under clinical or nursing leadership, and responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification required.
• De-escalation and restraint certification required; training is provided upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population is preferred.
• First aid may be required, depending on state or facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
