About The Position

Lehigh Center for Recovery is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to provide hands-on care and compassionate support to patients in a structured, team-focused environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification is required; training is provided upon hire.
• De-escalation and restraint certification are required; training is provided upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population is preferred.
• First aid may be required depending on state or facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
