About The Position
We are seeking a positive, empathetic, dedicated, and professional Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our team! Acadiana Treatment Center (ATC) is a 45-bed residential treatment center providing behavioral health services to adolescent females ages 12 - 17 in the Sunset area. As a Behavioral Health Associate, you play a vital role in keeping our patients safe while supporting their recovery every day. You will provide hands on care and compassionate support in a structured, team focused environment where your work truly matters. Requirements
- Associate's Degree or High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire
- First Aid and Seizure Training required
Nice To Haves
- Two years of experience working with a similar patient population preferred
