About The Position
We are seeking a Behavioral Health Associate Lead (BHA 3) to join our team. We are looking for a positive, empathetic, dedicated, and professional Lead to join our team. Acadiana Treatment Center (ATC) is a 45-bed residential treatment center providing behavioral health services to adolescent females ages 12 - 17 located in the Sunset area. As a Behavioral Health Associate Lead, you play a vital role in keeping our patients safe while supporting their recovery every day. You will provide hands on care and compassionate support in a structured, team focused environment where your work truly matters. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire
- First Aid and Seizure Training required
Nice To Haves
- Two years of experience working with a similar patient population preferred

- Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership
- Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
