About The Position
We are seeking a Behavioral Health Associate V (BHA) to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Associate, you play a vital role in keeping our patients safe while supporting their recovery every day. You will provide hands on care and compassionate support in a structured, team focused environment where your work truly matters. Requirements
- Associate’s degree in human service field required.
- Two or more years’ experience as a Behavioral Health Associate required.
- CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
- First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in human service field preferred.
- Two or more years’ experience working with the specific population of the facility preferred.

- Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership
- Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
