About The Position

This part-time casual position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and loves organizing logistics. Portland Community College (PCC) currently limits employment to individuals residing in Oregon and Washington. Responsibilities

  • Scan local calendars for relevant community fairs, festivals, and conferences, and navigate application or registration processes to secure tabling and event spaces.
  • Set up, manage, and tear down informational booths at local community events, markets, or campus fairs.
  • Engage directly with the public, answer basic questions, distribute flyers, and encourage community members to get involved with the organization's programs and initiatives.
