About The Position
ViaQuest Community Solutions (VCS) is hiring a master's-level Behavioral Consultant to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including individuals with unique and complex behavioral needs. The role provides home- and community-based behavioral support in Indiana. Consultants have autonomy and can build their own calendar, with referrals intentionally assigned close to home to reduce travel time. The position is offered as PRN, part-time, or full-time, with full-time salary and bonus opportunities or hourly pay for PRN and part-time roles. ViaQuest provides onboarding, ongoing training, clinical collaboration, continuing education, and documentation technology.
Requirements
- Master's-level qualification.
- Experience as a Behavioral Consultant.
- Passion for helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities thrive.
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including individuals with unique and complex behavioral needs.
- Manage a flexible schedule and provide home- and community-based services.
- Complete documentation using the company's technology.
