We are currently seeking a Caregiver with experience in behavioral care. This is a specific assignment for a male client, with a schedule from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (approximately two hours, with some flexibility) every day, Monday through Sunday.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dementia or behavioral care
- Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts
Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assisting with personal hygiene needs such as peri-care, bathroom or in-bed support, and brief changes
- Maintaining a safe environment through light housekeeping
- Preparing nutritious meals tailored to client needs
- Offering transportation to appointments or outings
- Providing medication reminders to support health management
- Ensuring clients receive attentive, compassionate care that promotes comfort, independence, and overall well-being
Benefits
- Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification)
- Minimum $27.50 per shift
- Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
- Raises after 60 days + annual reviews
- Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week + required documents completed)
