This position involves providing behavioral analysis services, including writing progress notes, participating in the development of individualized family plans, attending meetings, and managing time effectively. The role requires developing positive relationships with families and community programs, utilizing behavior intervention strategies, and observing/evaluating behavior to complete Functional Behavioral Analyses. The Behavioral Analyst will implement change programming based on these analyses, record behavioral data, and make recommendations for goal modification and service termination. Adherence to agency policies, procedures, and health/safety regulations is essential. The role also includes mentoring new analysts and maintaining flexible hours to meet family needs. Employment is at-will.
