About The Position
Licking Regional Educational Service Center is seeking two compassionate, dedicated, and energetic individuals to join our team as Behavioral Aides in the emotional disturbance or autism programs. In this rewarding role, you will work alongside intervention specialists to support students with emotional, behavioral, and autism-related needs in a structured educational environment.
Requirements
- Must have or be willing to apply for an Educational Aide permit
- Must complete BCI+I and FBI background checks at the time of hire

Responsibilities
- Implementing behavior intervention plans
- Collecting student data
- Assisting with classroom instruction
- Supporting students with daily living skills
- Supervising students throughout the school day
- Providing help to create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
