About The Position
Snyder Primary has an opening for a Behavioral Aide. The position is associated with Snyder ISD’s hybrid school calendar, which provides 11 additional paid days off to 10-month employees compared with a traditional school calendar. The hybrid calendar was designed with input from parents, students, staff, and the community to account for attendance, maximize school time, and improve school/work-life balance. Snyder ISD plans to continue the calendar through at least the 2024–2025 school year. The listed salary range is $19,149–$27,586. Snyder ISD also advertises a $50,000 life insurance policy, a monthly contribution toward medical coverage, free vision and dental coverage for the employee, twice-monthly pay, and a matching retirement contribution. The district offers reimbursement for alternative certification expenses to support staff interested in becoming certified teachers.
