About The Position

Genesee Community Services (GCS), a MyPath Company, is seeking a Behavior Treatment Technician to provide one-on-one support to clients in their ABA clinic for children under the age of six. This role implements the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to create meaningful, positive changes in behavior, helping individuals gain greater independence and quality of life. The clinic is located at 375 Bishops Way, Brookfield, WI 53005.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in ABA or working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete required training and maintain certification as needed.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday 8a - 4:30p.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
• Experience with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support to clients.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Assist clients in developing essential life skills and adaptive behaviors.
• Track client progress and record behavior data.
• Identify patterns in data to inform treatment strategies.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors, caregivers, and team members.
• Provide updates on client progress.
• Ensure therapy plans are followed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Complete necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients.
• Participate in required training and development opportunities.
